I have a huge passion for maps and how we can visualise information and I've always loved how maps can reveal everything from the distribution of a species, disparities in development across the globe, or simply knowing where assets are located.During my undergraduate degree studying Wildlife Conservation, I was fortunate to study elephants on a game reserve in South Africa and it was here that I first, properly, learned about GIS, data, and effective monitoring.Since then I have worked in a myriad of industries (tourism, education, conservation and development, utilities, transport, telecoms, and housing) - each with their own quirks and ways of working.Kinnear Analytics began as I love data and how it can communicate ideas and knowledge.
